It's nothing personal
When you hold a fund drive every two months, I tend to get annoyed. I stop listening. I go to other public media outlets. I get what I need there. I'm still loyal, just not right now. I'll be back when you're done. I promise.Meanwhile...can you think of ways to really shorten the drives and hold fewer of them? I'm not the only one tuning out.
